The American Medical Women’s Association Chapter at the University of Houston is an organization dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in medicine and advocating for women’s health. We aim to create a strong sense of community while providing resources to our members to help prepare them for their pre-health professions. Our organization provides opportunities for mentorship, community service, as well as personal and professional development. Our team hopes to enhance pre-medical education and forge a better foundation for community cohesion by incorporating advocacy and community service.
